Peter Andersen | General Manager
Mr. Andersen has more than twenty five years of combined leadership and management experience in the maritime and oil service industries. Mr. Andersen provides management and leadership while overseeing all aspects of Arctic Response Services performance. Mr. Andersen’s previous experience includes operating marine vessels and leadership at large complex organizations providing oil spill prevention and response services to clients like Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. For over twenty years he has lead a dedicated workforce of professionals and subject matter experts in operations, maintenance, safety, and training.
Dale Tolleson | Business Manager
Mr. Tolleson has over thirty years of management experience in the private sector and U.S. Air Force, with an earned reputation for leadership, planning, problem solving, meeting time and budget goals, and setting priorities. While in the military, Mr. Tolleson gained extensive experience in leadership as a commander, chief of maintenance and as an Inspector General and NATO Tactical Evaluation inspector. While providing leadership of the Alyeska Trans Alaska Pipeline Baseline Contract, responsible for the majority of maintenance on the 799 mile pipeline, Mr. Tolleson’s team became the first Baseline contractor in the history of the pipeline to perform a full year without a single OSHA recordable injury. Mr. Tolleson is highly skilled in training, supervising, and motivating technical and management teams; encouraging new ideas and cultivating a creative team atmosphere to attract and retain quality people.
Curtis Wright | Senior Project Manager
Mr. Wright joins Arctic Response Services with over 15 years of combined leadership and management experience. As a lifelong Alaskan, Mr. Wright has worked within the Alaska oil and gas industry for companies such as Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, ASRC Energy Services, Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation, and Shell Exploration and Production Company, holding key emergency management positions. Mr. Wright has acquired extensive management and field experience responding to numerous incidents around the world including various pipeline, offshore platform, and ship incidents. Mr. Wright’s practical field experience combined with his project and incident management experience makes him well qualified to develop oil spill response and other emergency management programs to support the oil and gas industry.
Jeff Wilson | Logistics Manager
Mr. Wilson has over thirty years of leadership and management experience in the oil and gas services industry. Mr. Wilson’s background includes the areas of oil spill prevention and response, camp operations and logistical support, and ground, sea, and air transportation logistics. A hands-on leadership approach in these Alaskan oil service areas has provided Mr. Wilson with the knowledge and experience to understand and meet client needs in this fast paced industry. At Arctic Response Services, Mr. Wilson oversees the movement of client and company owned equipment and supplies to and from various forward staging areas in support of the offshore drilling operations.
Janna Scates | Office Manager
Ms. Scates has over fifteen years in the managerial and finance industry with the last eight years working directly within the oil and gas industry. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing many aspects of our business, including AP/AR, billing, HR, and customer service. Her incredible organization skills keeps our team running smoothly.
